We offer standard shipping within the U.S. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For rush shipping or international orders, please contact us directly.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please note: all handknit pieces are final sale due to their one-of-a-kind nature.

To request a return, email us at support@westchannelrd.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with next steps.
